Can I return my order?

We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.We aim to get back to you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation and our return policy.

Can I change my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are generallyunable to make any changes. This includes amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order. However,we may be able to accommodate changes within the first 24 hoursafter the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee this.

Are the product fragrances natural?

Yes – we do not use sythetic fragrances. All our fragrance compositions are 100% vegan, carefully curated using natural aromatic substances, with no phthalates or other synthetic preservatives involved.

You can be sure that all Flourish products are free from parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEG, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, artificial colourants and other questionable ingredients.
